Print Guidelines for Designing Mail Pieces
The following .pdf documents contain guidelines on how your graphic design should look with proper margins needed for print-ready artwork. All artwork should be given in 300dpi (print industry standard).

The following file types are accepted:
1) Acrobat
2) Illustrator: All text must be in outlines unless fonts are provided and must be given
                   as .eps.
3) Photoshop: Rasterize text layers unless fonts are provided or given as flat .psd.
4) Quark Xpress: Must provide fonts and images.
5) InDesign: Must provide fonts and images.

Each guideline has three samples:
1. Sample1: Shows margins needed for proper design.
2. Sample2: Shows the piece as Universal needs to receive it.
3. Sample3: Shows how the mail piece looks after print and cutting.
